Hotel Policies

Breakfast:

Between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM. Breakfast is located inside the main office includes assorted fruits, Snacks, Cereal milk, Juice and Coffee. Complementary!

Guest Policy:

• Guests who are under 6 can stay free under the guest’s reservation
• Online rate is for 2 adults only, additional guest charge per guest/per night applies
• Maximum of 4 people per room includes infants
• We do not permit unregistered visitors

Hotel check-in and check-out:

• Check-in time 1:00 PM and Check-out at 11:00 AM
• Early Check in or a late check out are available with an extra charge

Parking policy:

• We have limited parking spaces for each hotel room
• Maximum of 2 cars per room allowed, all vehicle tags must be registered, unauthorized vehicle will be towed away at owners expense, park your vehicle at designated space only.
• Neighborly watch lock your car and take out your valuables

Pet Policy:

• We are a pet friendly hotel
• Pets are permitted on the property only with front desk permission
• Deposit/Fees apply per pet/night

Refunds:

• We have no refund policy
• If you are removed from property by any means a “no refund” will be applied
• If you decide to leave during your stay due to unsatisfactory, we will not refund your money
• In case of a computer glitch, human error, or natural disaster we will fix the issue and asses it as soon* as possible in case of canceled rooms because of issue we will not be liable for cost. We will notify * third party whom you made reservation or you directly depending on reservation source.

Reservations and Cancellations:

• We have no cancellation policy any reservation made through hotel directly walk-in or online with a * third party booking engine (booking.com, expedia, etc.) are final and non-cancellable
• We reserve the right to charge full stay at the time guest make a reservation if the credit card declines * It will be considered no reservation made
• All reservations are final

Trash / Littering:

• If litter is found in front of guest room will be charged to guest

Smokers:

• Smoking in the room $150, throwing cigarette butt in parking $10 per butt
• Playing around with the smoke detector (public safety) cost $250 charge

Disturbance:

• Guest disturbs neighbor/guest will be escorted out of property without refund
• Lost/stolen or things left behind after check-out hotel is responsible for any valuable
